£840 half day (up to 6 hours) / £1300 full day (up to 10 hours)
What’s included?
Around 4-6 weeks before your event, I will meet with you at your venue (or elsewhere if a venue visit isn’t necessary) to go through all of your plans, timings and schedule. If needed I can take on contacting all of your other suppliers in the run up to the day, and help you refine the smallest details. We'll put together a comprehensive running order and list of jobs for the whole day, and I will give you advice on anything else that needs to be done by you before the event. You'll leave confident that all is under control so that you can relax and enjoy the day!
I’ll be there on the day itself, for as long as you need. I’ll deal with any arrivals/queries from suppliers or guests. I’ll ensure the fine details at the venue are exactly as you envisioned, the day runs smoothly, so that you’re left worry-free and able to relax and enjoy your awesome celebration.
I can also take on all the other jobs, such as laying your tables, putting out garden games, filling up drinks dispensers with water, cutting up cake, switching on lights, lighting candles, you name it, I'll have it under control! If additional staff are needed to make your day run smoothly, I can bring a friendly team with me for an additional cost.
Orange Tree Weddings have public liability insurance of £1,000,000, which covers any work undertaken by us.

There’s an option to add extra venue visits or face to face meetings for a small fee should you need them throughout your planning journey, just ask!
