Below is a list of 2025/2026 styling packages, along with what’s included in each one! However, every wedding is unique, so these packages are totally flexible! If there’s something you do/don’t need, or a unique idea you have in mind, but don’t see below! I want to hear it!
Lay the Tables! - From £750/£800 (2025/26)
Sometimes all you need is some beautifully laid tables! Choose from our ever growing stock of fabrics and props to make your tables stand-out! We’ll come and set-it all up, and take it all away after you’ve fully enjoyed it!
Online consultation to establish your style
Concept board and colour palette so you can visualise your day using Orange Tree Weddings array of table styling props, linens and candlesticks etc!
Tables dressed the day before or morning of event, and take down the day after, with 48 hour hire of your Orange Tree Weddings props
Place settings - Your choice of coloured linen napkins plus place mats or charger plates
Table runners and candles in vintage candle sticks
Table numbers in glass frames, with the option to add place names for £2pp
Easel hire, to display your table plan if needed.
Added runners and candles for your cake table and guest book area, to keep your styling consistent & gorgeous!
(Flowers are not included in this package price, we can quote for this separately once we’ve established your styling ideas and requirements)
(Pricing for this service is based on max 80 guests - extra guests charged @ from £6 per guest. Travel for this service over 10 miles from NG3, is charged at 70p per mile. )
Creative Essentials - From £1550/£1650 (2025/26)
Ready for an uncompromisingly cool wedding?!! Want something thoughtfully designed and personal to you? The following package is a great place to start, and includes help with design, bespoke touches, plus recommendations of other amazing suppliers to fit your brief, and help along the way with any styling related queries.
2x online styling meetings (around 6 months then 6 weeks prior) with 1 x venue visit with venue consultation (additional travel costs apply for venue visits over 40 miles from East Midlands)
Support and advice from the day of booking for any wedding styling related enquiries
Bespoke concept boards, visual mock-ups and bespoke colour palette so you can really visualise your day!
Full set-up the day before or morning of, and take down the day after, with 48 hour hire of Orange Tree Weddings props
Areas styled: Tables / Cake table / Guest book and gift table
Table décor includes - Your choice of coloured linen napkins, table runners, candles / candlesticks plus place mats or charger plates (Table décor doesn’t include flowers, we quote for this separately)
Table names or numbers in glass frames, plus printed places names to keep your styling cohesive
Designed and printed table plan sign, displayed on an easel
Cake table area includes hire of one of our cake display tables or plinths, and an added draped backdrop
1 creatively draped backdrop frame to match your vibe! With the option to add lights. This can be used as a main focal point, behind the top table, or during your ceremony and then moved to make the most of it!
Sourcing and liaising with any other styling suppliers you need, i.e. cake maker, florist, stationer

TOTALLY TRANSFORMED - From £2350/£2500 (2025/26)

Ceremony styling - includes a bespoke, creatively draped backdrop frame to fit with your vibe and style, with the option to add lights
Candles or lanterns to ceremony aisle / Register signing table styled with candles and fabrics
All on the day stationary to complete your styling:
Designed and printed place names and menus
Designed and printed table plan, and table names or numbers in frames
Designed and printed welcome board and order of the day

STYLING SET-UP (for DIY babes!) - From £550
Did you decide to get creative and design your own wedding? Handmade or thrifted all of your own décor, & sourced all the props you need for the day, BUT you can’t quite visualise how to bring it all together ( or you’d rather be sipping prosecco than swinging from ladders in the hours before your wedding! Am I right?!)
You can book one of our stylists to do the work for you! They will have a handover meeting with you online, around 2 weeks prior to the wedding, & go through all the details before setting it all up for you!
NOTE I have a minimum spend of £1200 in peak wedding season. Lay the table and Styling set-up, are only available alongside additional styling or hire of additional props, to meet the minimum spend. ( Peak season is May-September)
