“The most perfect day”

Our wedding in July 2021 in Nottingham was the most perfect day! We viewed so many venues in the East Midlands and none of them were very us, but as soon as we got in touch with Janie she understood exactly what we wanted and gave us our absolute dream wedding. She made sure that we didn’t stress and took care of all the planning, beautiful styling, the most AMAZING food (so many people said it was the best they’d ever had at a wedding), a pop-up bar with our favourite cocktails, and also sourced us the best suppliers for the day. I couldn’t recommend Orange Tree Weddings more for a unique, fun, beautiful wedding day!

From start to finish Janie was professional and dedicated to making our wedding the very best day possible. The styling was opulent and colourful, with every detail considered. The whole day went without a hitch, and that is down to Janie and her incredible team, who really did bring our dreams to life. She was always there on the end of the phone when I needed her, which was a lot as we tried to organise a wedding during a pandemic! She was reassuring, supportive and positive from the word go, and we always felt in safe hands. We chose Orange Tree Weddings to plan and deliver our day because we loved the look and feel of the weddings we’d seen them organise before. What we didn’t plan on was how amazing the service would be. From the first day, Janie made planning our wedding fun and she worked really hard to make us feel like we were the only priority. Everything was possible and Orange Tree found the perfect balance between giving us creative freedom and control yet ensuring it was low effort on our part - genuinely cannot recommend enough, everyone says their day was perfect but our day and the whole process was perfect and stress free, ensuring we could enjoy every minute. “NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE!”

Our wedding was the most fantastic day. The organisation was personal, relaxed and fun. Nothing was too much trouble and the team were really great throughout the whole process. We had a marquee reception and the styling from the bar, table decor and our bespoke signs, were personal and it all looked amazing! The food was perfect as they worked with us to make it exactly what we wanted and all dietary requirements were catered for. All our guests really loved it! Better than we could have ever imagined. We had an amazing wedding on Saturday - Janie and the team helped us transform Foxton Village Hall to take it back to the 1940s! Our guests all commented on how amazing the day was and we were in awe of the transformation of the hall! The food was delicious and the staff at Orange Tree Weddings serving and behind the bar were fantastic. The chalk board signs looked amazing and fitted the theme perfectly! Orange Tree Weddings were a huge part of why our wedding was the best day of our life! We couldn’t have imagined or hoped for anything better. On initial meeting they put us completely at ease by letting us describe what we were thinking and our priorities for the day. They let us think about booking them, and never hassled us (even though we were pretty much sold instantly!) We sourced our own village hall which they went to investigate and organised the extra intricacies efficiently and kept us updated every step of the way. What I loved most was that they allowed us to enjoy the whole process, especially as lots of our wedded friends have found the process stressful. We dropped our boxes off at the village hall, said goodbye and then saw it all set up after the ceremony. It was the biggest and best surprise to see the decorated hall. We loved sharing that moment with our guests and also the food was insane! It also all looked flipping amazing and just wish I could do it all again!

My Mum said as she walked around talking to every guest! To be honest, although biased, she was right and everyone said the same! Orange Tree were incredible, we wouldn’t have changed a thing. They had everything in hand….a week before I felt like I should be doing something….but they had it all covered! The team at Orange Tree did the most amazing job of turning our little village hall wedding into a beautiful bohemian space, with nothing more than a Pinterest board and some very vague directions from me! The hall looked amazing, and the food was delicious (especially the chocolate brownie). Several guests told me it was the best food they’d eaten at a wedding before! Even some of our guests with special dietary requirements were commenting on how well they were catered for. Orange tree managed to perfectly capture the chilled out vibe I wanted, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

These guys were miracle workers, you totally transformed Oxton Village Hall into an Autumn splendour. It was incredibly decorated, you served a delicious 3 course dinner (and then a buffet!) to 120 guests amazingly quickly. Everyone loved the wholesome and hearty food! The way you managed the bar, served bespoke cocktails and kept us and all our guests suitably refreshed. Nothing too much trouble. If you want someone to take the hassle out of organising your wedding day then Orange Tree Weddings should be at the top of your list! It will be unique and stylish with lots of personal touches to make it even more memorable. They even clear up afterwards!! Mega efficient. Orange Tree Weddings organised our wedding party at Quorn Village Hall - we were planning on doing everything ourselves and I’m so glad we didn’t! OTW were amazing, the hall looked fantastic, the cocktails were brilliant and everybody enjoyed the food. They also did all the setting up and tidying up, so well worth every penny! They are also really nice people! Using OTW meant that we could really enjoy our party! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them - just wish we could do it all again - it really was the best night ever!
